House Rules

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation 14 days or more prior to the booking date:
    • A full refund will be issued, including any advance payments made.
  2. Cancellation between 7 and 14 days prior to the booking date:
    • 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
    • Administrative or banking fees (if any) will be deducted.
  3. Cancellation less than 7 days prior to the booking date:
    • The client is not entitled to a refund of the advance payment.
    • Exceptional cases (e.g., illness or force majeure) will be considered upon providing relevant documentation, and a partial refund may be granted based on the circumstances.
  4. Cancellation on the day of arrival or in case of a no-show:
    • The full booking amount will be charged.
    • If the client contacts us and provides a valid reason, rescheduling the booking to a later date can be discussed, subject to unit availability.
  5. Rescheduling:
    • Rescheduling is allowed once for free if requested 7 days or more prior to the booking date.
    • A modification fee will apply to bookings rescheduled less than 7 days before the booking date.
  6. Cancellation by the owner:
    • If the owner cancels the booking for any reason, the client will receive a full refund.
    • An additional compensation may be provided if the cancellation causes significant inconvenience to the client.
  7. Force majeure:
    • In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government decisions, or pandemics), a partial refund or booking modification will be offered based on mutual agreement between both parties.
  8. Refund method:
    • Refunds will be issued via the mutually agreed method and will be processed within 7 business days of approval of the cancellation request.
